Here's a scan of the pertinent part of the Dimension 5 catalog. Note that the cassettes individually are $9.95 each, plus shipping (see the bottom of the scanned page for that..$30 purchase or less is $3.50) and tax if you live in NY.

I got this catalog in June 1998, so I'm assuming all this info will be valid for awhile. You could always send a postcard ahead before sending money if you're worried that something has gone out of print or the shipping has gone up.

And no, I'm not getting a commission from this.
